EXPRESS EMPLOYMENT SPECIALISTS is currently recruiting for an Accounting Assistant – Finance Assistant to work in Saskatoon. This position potentially requires bookkeeping/accounting knowledge as well as administrative experience. We are looking for a candidate who is extremely organized, has a positive knowledge of accounting and able to act in an administrative support role.

The candidate should have experience in the following:
Accounts payable processing
Accounts receivable processing
Payroll preparation
Completion of monthly statutory reports
Internal and external audits
General administrative duties
Reception

Job Requirements:
QuickBooks – minimum 2 years of experience
Post-secondary education in a finance/accounting related program preferred
Completion of Grade 12
Excellent analytical, written and communication skills
Detailed knowledge of Excel and excellent computer skills

Salary is dependent on experience and ranges from $18.00 to $25.00 per hour.
