Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the kitchen team during busy service hours

• Uphold food safety and sanitation protocols

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of culinary experience in high-volume kitchens
• At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience
• Red Seal certification or equivalent training preferred
• Strong organizational and cost management skills
• Open availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
