Northumberland Ferries Limited and Bay Ferries Limited are seeking a Learning & Compliance Coordinator for a fixed-term maternity leave replacement. You will manage training, onboarding, and competency tracking to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
You will coordinate onboarding, safety orientations, course bookings, and LMS administration, supporting Operations and People & Culture across vessel and shore teams.
