We’re looking for a patient-focused Registered Massage Therapist to join our clinic team. This role is ideal for an RMT who values high-quality care, collaboration, and helping patients reduce pain, recover from injury, and improve overall wellness.

Compensation: Competitive split-based compensation + performance incentives (commensurate with experience)

Provide hands‑on massage therapy treatments tailored to patient needs and goals

Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with physiotherapists and other practitioners on integrated care plans

Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and self‑care techniques

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Build and manage your own caseload with support from clinic referrals

Contribute to a positive, professional, and patient-centered clinic workplace

What you bring

Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)

Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
