As a member of the GH Med/Surg IP department, you will deliver safe and evidence-informed nursing care. Your responsibilities will include nursing assessments, medication administration, telemetry interpretation, and managing a wide array of patient needs. You will be involved in pre-operative and post-operative care, working collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide evidence-informed care for various patient needs
• Administer medication and manage IV therapy safely
• Interpret telemetry strips and laboratory values accurately




• Prioritize and organize care in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members

Requirements:
• Current Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Recent acute care experience in medical/surgical settings
• Heart & Stroke approved BLS certification required
• Commitment to continuing education and patient-centered care
• Able to manage physical demands of the role
