As a Building Manager, you will represent P3 Realty while maintaining relationships with residents and contractors. Key responsibilities include managing tenant issues, conducting property inspections, and performing light maintenance tasks. Your organizational skills will help you identify maintenance needs and propose enhancements to the tenant experience, all while communicating effectively with the Property Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with tenants and contractors
• Address complaints and concerns promptly and professionally




• Conduct regular inspections to ensure property safety and maintenance
• Identify maintenance areas and communicate with the maintenance team
• Facilitate resident experience enhancements and gather feedback

Requirements:
• Over 2 years of experience in a Resident or Building Manager role
• Proficient in basic computer skills, Yardi knowledge is a plus
• Robust interpersonal skills for effective relationship building
• Flexibility to work weekends and be on-call for emergencies
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
