As our Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations while driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inventory, procurement, and sourcing for food and non-food products.

Oversee facility organization and cleanliness.

Lead and manage operational staff across meal assembly and logistics teams.

Develop and implement recent operational initiatives to drive growth and efficiency.

Recruit, train, and mentor team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Operations, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in people management.

Tech-savvy and comfortable adapting to new tools and systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Experience in the food and beverage (F&B;) industry is a strong asset.
