EthosMR is seeking a skilled Lead Accountant to oversee financial activities across its global teams. You will manage day-to-day accounting, including payables, receivables, payroll, and reconciliations for multiple entities. This role involves preparing budgets and forecasts and producing detailed financial statements while ensuring compliance with Canadian tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily accounting functions across multiple entities
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly financial forecasts
• Produce detailed financial statements and performance analysis




• Track project expenses and ensure accurate client billing
• Implement and refine accounting systems for efficiency

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience required
• Proficient in accounting software like QuickBooks Online
• Robust Excel and analytical skills for reporting
• Experience with global payments and multi-currency accounts is a plus
