Engage in dynamic outreach and research at UBC as a part time Research and Outreach Project Coordinator. Support events, manage communications, and assist with administrative tasks within the Queer Trans Centre for Radical Praxis.

You will collaborate closely with Cluster Leads and team members to maintain timelines, budgets, and communication across projects. Your organizational skills will play an essential role in successfully coordinating events and liaising with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide event planning and administrative support for research activities
• Maintain project timelines, budgets, and contact lists




• Schedule meetings and prepare agendas and minutes
• Organize travel arrangements for visiting researchers
• Update project website and generate promotional materials

Requirements:
• High School graduation with one year post-secondary education
• Four years of related experience in administrative tasks
• Strong commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe software
