As a Sales Advisor, you will support customers through the vehicle shopping and purchase process while delivering a helpful, professional, and customer-focused experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a professional manner

Listen to customer needs and provide helpful recommendations

Support customers throughout the sales process

Follow up with leads, appointments, and previous customers

Work with the sales and finance teams to create a smooth buying experience





Maintain a positive and customer-first approach

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills

Positive, professional, and motivated attitude

Comfortable working with customers in a busy dealership environment

Willingness to learn and grow within the role

Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset

Valid driver’s licence
