Become a vital technical resource at WestJet as an Airport Systems Analyst, focusing on multiple Tier 1 application solutions. Engage in project management, incident resolution, and user support across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Reporting to the Manager of IT Airport Platforms, you will support various end user groups and project teams. This role emphasizes implementing, managing, and sustaining critical business applications for airport operations. Your responsibilities will encompass documentation, project planning, and ensuring smooth application certifications with vendors and airport authorities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create project plans and requirements documentation
• Collaborate with IT teams and common use providers




• Support Production Airport Tier 1 Systems and backend infrastructure
• Maintain on-call rotation and availability 24/7
• Implement system changes per ITSM policies

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in computer science or related field
• Proficient in Windows Server, Red Hat Linux, and Oracle DB
• Experience with DevOps methodologies is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• 2+ years in technical support or similar roles
