Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Assist with activities of daily living and provide Companionship

Self-care activities like washing, dressing, and grooming

Setting appointments, running errands and grocery shopping

Accompanying and providing transportation to appointments

In charge of carrying out the care plan for the clients

Tracking client well-being and informing the program coordinator of any changes

Keep up good relations with clients and their families.
