PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: The Labourer is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work environment within the Weston shop. This role supports daily operations by performing general cleaning, basic maintenance tasks, and ensuring shop areas remain organized and hazard ‑ free.
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES: Operate a forklift to move materials and support shop activities
Pressure wash and clean the maintenance bay and shop floors to ensure a protected work environment
Maintain an organized, orderly, and clean shop at all times
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or general equivalency
Valid driver’s license
Experience working on or around heavy equipment
Must be able to work within strict established safety and work guidelines/rules to complete job
Ability to pass the required written examinations, read and understand safety instructions, rules,



regulations and other written or printed material in English
