Job Summary MNC JOBS INFO is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Food Counter Attendant . As part of a vibrant team in a fast-paced food service environment, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service

Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers

Prepare, assemble, and package food and drinks according to company standards

Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, dining area, and food preparation stations

Handle payments via cash, credit, and debit transactions

Replenish condiments, napkins, and other supplies as needed

Follow all food safety and hygiene standards

Assist kitchen and support staff when necessary

Report any customer complaints or feedback to supervisors promptly

Required Skills and Qualifications Basic English communication skills (verbal and written)

Friendly and approachable demeanor

Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

Willingness to learn new tasks and processes

Legally eligible or willing to be sponsored to work in Canada

Experience No prior experience is required; training will be provided





Previous experience in a fast-food restaurant or similar environment is an asset but not mandatory

Working Hours Full time position (30–40 hours per week)

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Shifts may vary (morning, afternoon, evening)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices

Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
