City of Welland is seeking a Lead Hand – Parks and Open Spaces to supervise in office maintenance crews, prioritize work, and ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards. The role covers parks, open spaces, trails, cemeteries, sports fields, and special events.
The candidate should hold a 2-year diploma in a related field, have 3 years of Parks/Forestry experience, and possess a valid Class D driver’s license with Z endorsement. First Aid/CPR and Book 7 Traffic Control are required.
