Mino Care is seeking a Care Partnerships Manager to develop and manage institutional partnerships across perinatal, reproductive, and social services. You will lead negotiations, onboard staff within partner sites, and drive culturally protected referral pathways across provincial and federal health systems.
Ideal candidates have 3-5+ years in partnership management, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a deep commitment to equity-centered care.
