Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one services with Indigenous individuals facing housing insecurity
Support clients in navigating adult service systems effectively
Utilize a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach in interactions
Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to coordinate support
Assess and intervene in crisis situations effectively
Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Social Services or related field
Minimum 2 years experience in outreach or housing support
Knowledge of issues relating to homelessness and Indigenous culture
Effective communication skills, capable of building trust with clients
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
