As a full-time, temporary Residential Coordinator, you will guide frontline staff in providing effective support across four homes. Your expertise in quality assurance, staff mentoring, conflict resolution, and adherence to regulatory standards will make a significant impact on resident care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Home Coordinators and mentor frontline staff
• Ensure quality care meets accreditation standards
• Manage home operations and resource allocation
• Handle performance management and employee engagement
• Collaborate with stakeholders for optimal resident care
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma or degree in relevant field
• Minimum four years of related experience
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards
• Solid decision-making and conflict resolution skills
