As part of the Compliance team, you will conduct branch audits to identify and resolve regulatory compliance issues while empowering branch staff through Career development Training sessions. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct branch audits to identify compliance deficiencies
• Deliver training and educational programs for branch staff
• Develop comprehensive audit reports and follow up on deficiencies




• Collaborate with Branch Managers for ongoing training support
• Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting compliance

Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years in Financial Services compliance
• Bilingual in French and English
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset
