Key Responsibilities:
• Assist students with personal and medical care needs
• Implement strategies outlined by teachers for individual plans
• Record observations on behavioral challenges




• Participate in collaborative student planning meetings
• Prepare individualized program materials under teacher guidance

Requirements:
• Educational Assistant Certificate or equivalent
• Minimum of one year experience with students with challenging behaviors
• CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage dynamic and stressful situations
