Job Summary
Amazon is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates in our Fulfillment Centers. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the storage, packaging, and shipping of customer orders. Key Responsibilities

Receive and put away inventory accurately and efficiently.

Pick, pack, and ship customer orders to meet Amazon’s quality standards.

Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).

Scan and track inventory using handheld technology.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.

Follow standard operating procedures and workplace policies.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 49 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Experience

No prior experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics,



or fulfillment center is a plus.

Working Hours

Full time and part-time positions available.

Shifts may vary, including overnight, early morning, day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Overtime opportunities may be available during peak seasons.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures.

Ability to operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
