The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent communication, people and leadership skills

A warm, calm, professional manner with families during sensitive or high stress situations

Significant experience working with seniors with mobility and/or cognitive challenges

Experience in private homes, community care, geriatrics, rehabilitation, or complex senior care

Strong clinical judgment and practical problem-solving skills

An interest in helping a concierge care company grow while maintaining a high-touch, relationship-focused approach
