The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, safe and presentable common areas for residents, visitors and staff.Main Duties- Sweep, mop, wash and maintain floors in common areas.- Vacuum carpets, rugs and other floor coverings.- Dust furniture, fixtures, ledges and other surfaces.- Clean and disinfect washrooms, sinks, toilets and other fixtures.- Replenish washroom and cleaning supplies as required.- Clean and disinfect common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators and amenity areas.- Empty garbage and recycling containers and dispose of waste appropriately.- Clean windows, mirrors, doors and other glass surfaces.- Clean walls, doors and other building surfaces when required.- Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products safely and properly.- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in an organized manner.- Follow established cleaning schedules, procedures and workplace safety requirements.- Identify and report maintenance, damage,
