The Opportunity:
We are currently looking to fill summer field positions in our Forestry Department based out of our William's Lake and Vernon Offices.
You'll work alongside a team of RPFs and technicians, contributing to full-phase development, forest planning,
and operational delivery across a variety of tenures—including community forest and First Nations partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Cutblock and road layout/design
Riparian Assessments
Forest development assessments and site plans
Preparation of appraisal and permitting packages
Timber Cruising
Silviculture Assessments
What We're Looking For:
Some relevant forestry experience preferred
Working knowledge of BC forestry regulations
Strong communication, organization, and team skills
Valid BC Driver's License
Physically fit and comfortable with remote fieldwork
Experience operating 4×4 trucks, quads, and sled
