Become a vital support for youth as an Awake Overnight Family Support Practitioner at Enviros. This role focuses on supervision, relationship-building, and life skills development for youth ages 13 to 17.

As part of the Passages Program at Enviros, you'll collaborate with a team to implement treatment plans, while providing guidance in a structured, supportive workplace. Passionate applicants must have a degree in Human Services and experience with youth in group settings. Communication and organizational skills are essential as you help youth navigate their individual wellness journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise youth in a supportive living environment
• Implement individualized treatment and care plans




• Assist with daily routines and household chores
• Maintain facility and ensure a safe space
• Manage administrative tasks and case documentation

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Human Services field
• Experience in group living environments for youth
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practices
• Current First Aid and CPR C certification
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with clear record
