Lead fundraising initiatives for Adult & Teen Challenge BC as the current Advancement Director in Abbotsford West, Canada. Develop strategies to enhance donor relationships and support organizational growth.

As a pivotal member of the leadership team, you'll spearhead advancement strategies, cultivating connections with donors, churches, and community partners. Your role entails overseeing donor management systems, implementing communication strategies, and preparing impactful advancement materials, including reports and campaign updates.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement fundraising strategies for community partnerships
• Cultivate relationships with donors and sponsors for growth
• Oversee donor management systems for effective tracking




• Prepare communications for stakeholders and major campaigns
• Represent the organization at fundraising and community events

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Fund Development
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Virtuous CRM or similar systems
• Valid driver’s license
• Passionate about supporting vulnerable populations through faith-based initiatives
