Key Responsibilities:
• Support team in meeting residents' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
• Conduct resident mobility assistance and personal care tasks




• Document care observations and follow care plans accurately
• Respond promptly to resident requests and concerns
• Collaborate on social and recreational activity participation

Requirements:
• Completion of a Health Care Aide program
• Active registration with relevant regulatory bodies
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Experience in a residential care setting preferred
