Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craft beer, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales management. As part of the Overflow team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our unique offerings, building relationships with customers, and enhancing our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and increase market share.

Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, distributors, and retail partners.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales objectives.





Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.

Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team, ensuring they achieve performance targets and professional growth.

Analyze sales data and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Represent Overflow Brewing Company at industry events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities.

3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the beverage or food industry.

Strong knowledge and passion for craft beer and the brewing process.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team.

Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
