Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive geriatric assessments for elderly patients
• Diagnose and manage medical, cognitive, and functional issues

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Requirements:
• MD degree in Geriatric Medicine
• Certification from Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
• Licensure with College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Experience in interdisciplinary healthcare environments preferred
