In this key role, you will report to the Manager of Dealer Relations, emphasizing exceptional customer service to maintain operational relationships with external distributors. Your expertise in mutual funds operations will be critical in resolving issues and ensuring smooth processing. Travel to distributor locations is part of the role to strengthen these important relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries from clients swiftly and courteously
• Investigate FundSERV trade rejects and XML discrepancies
• Serve as a mutual funds subject matter expert for clients




• Travel to distributor head offices as required
• Set up and maintain fund information in iFAST

Requirements:
• Minimum of two years in mutual funds operations
• Completion of Canadian Securities Course or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of FundSERV and electronic processing
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
