As an Estimator at AIIM, you will leverage deep production expertise and collaborate with Sales, Client Success, and clients to craft efficient communication strategies. This position requires strong estimating in large format, integrating technology and data to support improved outcomes. Your involvement in AIIM’s new ERP implementation will also be crucial for standardizing estimating practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate early with Sales on client goals
• Prepare accurate estimates across various capabilities




• Recommend smarter production methods and materials
• Participate in client meetings and significant RFPs
• Continuously enhance estimating through ERP data

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in print/production estimating
• Solid experience in large format estimating
• Knowledge of digital production processes
• Proficient in ERP/MIS systems
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
