As the Information Desk Team Lead, you will oversee essential services aligned with the First Nations Child and Family Services and Jordan’s Principle Settlement. This role demands solid research abilities, effective communication, and relationship-building skills to support First Nations communities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate Information Desk services for compensation applications
• Conduct research and develop analytical reports
• Prepare briefings and presentations for community stakeholders
• Respond promptly to inquiries from applicants
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field
• At least three years' experience with First Nations communities
• Minimum five years' support services in vulnerable populations
• Strong knowledge of First Nations child services
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
