As a Finance Manager, you will work with customers to review financing options, protection products, and paperwork in a transparent, professional, and customer-focused way. You will also work closely with the sales team and lenders to help create a smooth buying experience.
What You’ll Do Assist customers with financing, leasing, and vehicle purchase paperwork
Present available protection products and coverage options in a professional manner
Work with lenders to help secure financing approvals
Review contracts and documents for accuracy
Support customers through the final stages of the vehicle buying process
Communicate clearly with the sales team, management,



and lending partners
Maintain a positive, organized, and customer-first approach
What We’re Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills
A professional, positive, and organized approach
Experience working with numbers, paperwork, and customer information
Ability to explain options clearly and confidently
Sales, finance, banking, insurance, or automotive experience
Previous dealership finance experience is an asset
Willingness to learn, follow processes, and grow within the role
