The ideal Dental Administrator/ Administrative Assistant for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

Mon- 8:45-5:30pm

Tue 10:00-6 pm

Wed 8:45-5: 30 pm

Thur 8:45-5: 30 pm

Alternate Sat 7:45-2:00 pm

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

2 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator is required

Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate

Experience with dental practice management software such as AbdelDent is considered an asset

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
