Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor staff to enhance their skills and delivery
• Plan and lead activities tailored to children's needs
• Ensure safety and well-being of all participants




• Monitor program compliance with health and safety standards
• Represent YMCA interests on the School Council

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in child-related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience in child care
• Current Director’s Approval as Centre Designate
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities in challenging situations
