Facilitate clients in personal plans and goals
Create a supportive and engaging environment
Assist with personal care and medication needs
Encourage community inclusion through activities
Complete required documentation promptly Requirements:
Certificate in Disabilities Studies or equivalent experience
Current Standard First Aid CPR/AED – Level C certification
Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking
Valid driver's license is an asset
