In-Home Assisted Living Inc. (IHAL) is seeking dedicated, caring, and reliable Personal Support Workers (PSWs) and Caregivers to support our clients in the comfort of their homes. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality, client-centred care, we would love to hear from you.

What You should know
Location: Mississauga-Winston Churchill Blvd & Eglington

Shift: Thursday's and Saturday's Noon till 8:00pm

What You'll Do:
Personal Support & Daily Care

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

Support mobility, walking, and safe transfers (bed, chair, wheelchair)

Home Support

Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment

Prepare and serve meals based on client preferences and dietary needs

Health & Safety Assistance

Provide medication reminders and help monitor daily routines

Complete daily care reports and communicate observations to the Case Manager or healthcare team

Companionship & Emotional Support

Engage clients in meaningful conversation and provide reassurance

Promote comfort, dignity, independence, and well-being

What We're Looking For

PSW Certificate required

Minimum 1 year of caregiving or PSW experience





Must have experienceworking with advanced dementia patients.

Language Requirement : Must be fluent in Filipino

Training in Gentle Persuasive Approaches (GPA) or Non-Violent Crisis Prevention preferred

CPR/First Aid Certification required

Ability to use a mobile phone for documentation and time tracking

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Second language is an asset

Reliable, compassionate, and able to respond calmly to unexpected situations
