As an Early Childhood Educator (ECE) at Hope's Home, you will implement engaging programs using the Reggio philosophy. In this full-time role, you will supervise children's safety, maintain adult-to-child ratios, and foster relationships through one-on-one interactions. Working closely with families and team members, you will ensure that diverse needs are met through dynamic activities and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver inclusive learning experiences
• Supervise children’s psychological and physical safety




• Develop activities accommodating all ability levels
• Encourage creative expression through arts and play
• Collaborate with families and community services

Requirements:
• Completed Early Childhood Education Level I, II, or III
• First Aid/CPR certification
• Experience with children of all abilities
• Familiarity with Emergent Curriculum and Project Approach
• Robust organizational and communication skills
