Splitsville Entertainment is seeking an Assistant Manager in Barrie, Ontario to lead front-of-house operations and support the overall centre goals. You will coach and develop the team, supervise events, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a quick-paced environment.
You will report to the General Manager and help drive service standards, financial targets, and centre operations while maintaining a safe, fun atmosphere for guests and staff alike.
