Key responsibilities: - Supervising a team of 5 to 10 staff members - Managing merchandise procurement and maintaining appropriate inventory levels - Implementing and managing pricing strategies - Making staffing decisions, including hiring and scheduling - Resolving customer complaints and addressing supply chain issues - Ensuring high operational standards in a fast-paced retail environment - Working across all shifts (morning, day, evening, and weekends) Requirements: - Secondary school diploma (minimum)
