Key Responsibilities:
• Enter Shopify orders into Chain Drive accurately
• Assist with order picking and timely fulfillment
• Support receiving operations by unpacking and sorting




• Process customer returns according to guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate discrepancies

Requirements:
• Experience in order processing and shipping
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent
