What you will do

- Build strong client relationships and grow a book of business you are proud of
- Assess client needs, recommend appropriate coverage and place personal or commercial insurance
- Create referral relationships and spot opportunities across multiple product lines
- Deliver excellent service while maintaining strong documentation and compliance standards
- Bring ideas, energy and a team-first attitude to a growing brokerage

Who belongs at Solutions

You take the work seriously without taking yourself too seriously. Insurance experience, an existing network and an established book of business are strong assets.

Candidates must hold the appropriate insurance licence, or become appropriately licensed, before conducting regulated insurance activities.
