As a Commercial and Privacy Counsel in the Law & Regulation Department, you will provide proactive legal advice to senior leaders. Your expertise in commercial law, technology, and privacy will guide various corporate projects. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance while tackling legally complex matters across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide strategic legal advice on commercial and privacy matters • Conduct research on current laws and regulations affecting the business • Review and negotiate commercial contracts with various stakeholders • Enhance ACG's data privacy management programs • Collaborate on incident response strategies for regulatory compliance

Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in commercial or privacy law • Licensed to practice law in Ontario • Strong communication and advocacy skills • Knowledge of technology and AI regulations • Ability to work in a agile regulatory environment
