Production Associates to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Production and Packaging Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive work ethic

What’s the Job?

Handle and process raw meat products in a refrigerated production environment. Package, label, and prepare products for distribution while maintaining quality standards. Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety procedures. Perform general production duties, including sorting, trimming, and inspecting products. Work various shifts, including early morning starts as early as 5:30 AM, and overtime as required.

What’s Needed?

Ability to work in a cold environment handling raw meat products for extended periods. Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, and weekends when required. Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety practices. Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check prior to starting employment.
