Combined Metal Industries (CMI) is offering an Operations Management Trainee Program for new graduates in North York or Vaughan, Ontario. The program rapid-tracks you into leadership roles within our metal recycling operations, focusing on safety, production processes, people leadership, and continuous improvement.

You will shadow leaders, own select projects to boost productivity and reduce waste, and build cross-functional knowledge with Fleet, Logistics, Maintenance, Sales, and Business
