Position Title: Production Associate

Location: Richmond, BC

Department: Inhaus Moldings

Status: Permanent, Full Time

Reporting to: Production Manager

Role Summary:

Inhaus is looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Associate to join our Richmond manufacturing facility.

This is a hands-on role that supports all aspects of production operations. No two days are exactly the same. You may be packaging orders, organizing inventory and samples, operating production equipment, preparing shipments, cleaning work areas, or assisting with other operational tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, takes pride in staying organized, works safely, and is willing to help wherever needed to keep production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and support production equipment following established procedures

Package, label, inspect, and prepare products for shipment

Pick, pack, organize, and move materials, inventory,



and pallets throughout the facility

Assist with inventory control, record keeping, and order fulfillment

Cut and prepare product samples using hand and power tools

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production and warehouse environment

Assist with production setup, equipment cleaning, and basic maintenance activities

Support other operational tasks and departments as required

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environment

Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs

Ability to stand, bend, walk, and perform physical work throughout the day

Eligibility to work in Canada

Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping

Other Pertinent Job Information:
Attendance is required full time at Inhaus’ production facility (in Richmond, BC.)
