Enhance customer relationships as a Customer Accounts Advisor with Aaron's, driving payment collections and lease renewals. This role involves direct engagement with customers both over the phone and in-person.

As a Customer Accounts Advisor, your primary mission will be to assist customers in their journey toward ownership of merchandise. You will leverage strong interpersonal skills and empathy to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Mastering negotiation and organization will be essential in achieving revenue and renewal goals while maintaining positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive payment collections and lease agreement renewals
• Assist Manager in achieving revenue and renewal targets
• Maintain accurate customer account records and history




• Manage collections through phone outreach and home visits
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries

Requirements:
• Must be at least 21 years old in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently
• Versatile schedule availability from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm
• Retail or customer service experience preferred
