As a key member of the Patient Access team, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth registration operations. Your responsibilities will include registering patients, managing telephone inquiries, and gathering essential demographic and insurance information. Night shift variations may include patient registration and bed allocation support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Register patients for all hospital visits efficiently
• Answer and manage patient telephone inquiries
• Collect patient demographic and insurance information




• Assist with flow management in the registration area
• Support bed allocation as needed during night shifts

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a hospital registration department
• Strong understanding of patient registration processes
• Familiarity with Meditech 6.0 preferred
• Minimum keyboard speed of 45 words per minute
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
