This role is pivotal in our Front Office Team, providing tailored service at entrances and managing guest flow. At Wickaninnish, we value every team member and are committed to sustainability and community. You will guide arrivals, coordinate with hotel areas, and uphold our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and control guest arrivals at entrances
• Ensure service meets Relais & Châteaux and AAA standards
• Coordinate through radio with various hotel departments
• Maintain documentation for all guest arrivals

Requirements:
• Strong guest service orientation; exceed expectations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work AM and PM shifts
• Stand for long periods in outdoor settings
• Commitment to a mutually agreed-upon time frame
