FYidoctors is seeking a dedicated Optical Associate for a full-time role, working 30-40 hours weekly from Monday to Saturday. You will engage patients in the clinic and assist with frame selection, ensuring they understand their eyewear choices. This role involves interpreting prescriptions, performing frame measurements, and facilitating billing and payments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome patients in-person and online
• Educate patients on suitable eyewear options
• Interpret optical prescriptions from the optometrist
• Perform frame measurements for proper fit
• Manage patient billing and insurance processes

Requirements:
• Previous optical or retail experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced workplace
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and technology
